Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
